IMDB rating: 6.80 Plot: Our hero, Cooper, awakes to find himself nauseous, weak and covered in webbing, hanging from the ceiling of an office where, just minutes ago, he started his new job. As he struggles out of his slimy prison he comes face to face with his opponent - a grotesque, powerful and very angry bug. All 3 ft of it. And so begins a hideous, nail-biting, comedic, all-action adventure to find a safe haven while constantly outwitting an infestation of monstrous proportions. As Cooper embarks on his journey, he befriends a ragtag group of survivors including Sara, a feisty attractive female. Although the situation is dire, Cooper can’t help himself from trying to solve his dating problem while trying to save his life. Will they make it to safety before they are picked off one by one? And what other surprises are in store for our group of unlikely heroes? |

Would it be illegal to put up posters showing their mouse problem?
I was fired recently and quite unfairly and want to get back at them by puttng up posters of the mouse infestation they have. Would this be illegal? The pictures are accurate, and not made up. Could I get arrested?
For satisfaction of course! And I assure you, you would not eat the popcorn there if you knew a live mouse was fried alive in the kettle!
What purpose does "revenge" serve. Be an adult, get over it, and move on.
But, the answer is, no. You can’t get arrested. But, if you cause them to lose business and money, then they can SUE you to get that money back.

report it to OSHA or something, much more productive…and not illegal
Why would you thumbs down me for this?

Where do you plan to post the pictures? You could trash your chances for jobs in the future, anywhere. Instead, report them to the health department.
You need to learn how to let things go. Make sure you didn’t do anything to bring this on yourself.

One can’t be arrested for libel, but sued for it in civil court. (USA) It is not libel if it is true. *But* they can sue you over it anyway to force you thru the difficulty and expense of a trial.
Also, posting a poster in a public place is often subject to little known city regulations - are you posting it on city property (even a light pole) or private property - do you have permission?
Consider the consequences - will knowledge of this action be made known to future employers who are considering hiring you? This would affect their decision, regardless of whether you were fired unfairly last time.

If you live in America, you are good to go. You can’t get in trouble for saying true things here.
God bless America! I say go get ‘em, sweetheart. They would be crazy to sue you over posting accurate pictures–it will only triple the publicity, and prove that the pictures are accurate.

Although the responses above are valid if your ‘attacks’ are ‘demeaning’ in anyway you could get sued for slander and verbal assault in a criminal court. Regardless of if the claims are true. Businesses can always rectify themselves from health code violations. Haven’t you seen the chicken head in the KFC bucket thing? They are doing great. I love some KFC :\
It could rise higher than a civil matter depending on how good their lawyers are or how hostile your claims are. OSHA = Best. Not caring = bestest. You know why? There’s probably 10 more things even worse going on.
Also where do you work? Most warehouses and huge businesses with space not used by humans (storage) have rodent issues. It’s nothing you can report them over, unless it infests the areas the humans use. Which would be a lot more obvious to consumers, employees and everybody so it is a moot point to seek revenge based on that.
Then again if it’s 100’s of rats living and creating a disease infested cesspool that is different. Rats/mice running around doesn’t matter in a warehouse. I work in one and they have had rat traps up for years. Not like you can do anything to them for having thousands and thousands of square feet of space because of a little bit of rodents. Food service, health service and office settings. Things like that you have a ground to stand on. Anything else it’s kind of tricky because you don’t eat food off of a warehouse floor and if they have mouse traps set up, they are preventing it. What else are they supposed to do about it?
